They helped me get my crusty old car back to running like new! Bernie was so great. I had paint pen they use at tow yards on my windshield and he took time out of his day to remove the paint from my windshield. Such a sweetheart. Totally recommend this location 👍

They were able to get me in without an appointment to get a tire fixed, and an oil change. Decent deal on full synthetic, and tire patch was free! Down to earth guys who did good work 💪 Thanks y'all!

Bernie is a great person! This is the second time I've had to "drop by" this location for an emergency tire issue and he has been nothing but gracious. Pleasure to speak with, helpful, and expedient. I've been using Community Tire Pro, now owned by Big Brand Tire & Service, for years and will continue to support as long as I'm driving a vehicle and need tires 🫶🏾.

Really recommend this store. They’re incredibly communicative with you regarding what they see happening with your vehicle and for us people who are less knowledgeable about vehicles, they’ll also explain very clearly regarding how important each repair is and what it will mean for your vehicle if you do or don’t make the repair. They aren’t “pushy” like some places feel and genuinely seem like they just want you to be as informed as possible on your vehicle. They’re also pretty reasonably priced along with that. I’ve never felt much loyalty to any oil change or repair shop before but I can confidently say I do trust this store and will be coming back the next time I need something for my Mazda!

I had an awesome experience at Big Brand tire & service! From the phone call to installation of a new tire. Bernie, was extremely helpful and made me a Priority! Even though they had to get my tire from their warehouse, the whole process only took about an hour! Very Impressed with the service! Thank you Big Brand tire & service, I will definitely be a returning customer.
